Hace mucho no hablaba con un muy buen amigo del colegio, el termino artes en la javeriana y se consiguió una beca para estudiar animación en la USC (University of Southern California). Si ya se, todos se están imaginando animación como en Toy Story, Shrek o cualquier película de esta clase, pero no, no es esta clase de animación. Es animación experimental, un proceso mas parecido a las animaciones que se dibujaban a mano, cuadro por cuadro y después se filmaban. Pues pa no demorarlos mas el se llama Juan Camilo Gonzalez y este es la primer animación que vi de él y fue la que le dio la beca y otros premios importantes en este campo. Es un honor para mi poder mostrar su trabajo acá!
It´s been a long time i didn´t chat with a school friend, he finished visual arts in Javeriana and got a scholarship to study Animation in USC. I know you´re thinking computer animation as in Toy Story or Shrek, but no, this is Experimantal Animation, each frame is hand drawn then filmed. Long story short his name is Juan Camilo Gonzalez this was his first work, the one that got him the scholarship at USC and some recognitions in this field. It´s an honor for me to show his work in my page!
